• If the pads have been punched for each packaging size, they are transferred to the packaging interface with a long stroke. The production stop is 0.5s. The punch therefore does not have to be switched off when replacing the cassette.
• Tools with adjustable edge embossing, uniform across all punching positions and freely adjustable by the operator. It would also be possible to produce pads without edge embossing using the same tool. No mechanical adjustments are necessary on the tool. Switching with or without edge embossing is possible in just a few seconds by selecting the programm in the control.
• The pad edges remain open after punching.
• Logo embossing in the middle of the pad is also possible
• The tools do not cause any additional forces in the event of height differences between the individual punching positions. Differences in height of the stamping rings and embossing rings have no influence on the load on the stamping machine. Which increases the life of the bearing.Das Vlies bleibt nach dem Stanzen auf dem Werkzeug liegen und es kann über einen längeren Winkel einer Umdrehung des Kurbeltriebs transportiert werden. • The tool can only be re-sharpened by surface grinding.

• When the fleece is pulled in, the feed rollers on both sides lift automatically and you have a clearance of 40mm to be able to easily pull in the fleece manually. Or you can also have the fleece drawn in automatically with the feed rollers.
• Easy access to the tool from all 4 sides of the cutting plate
• The punch has a robust 4-column construction that is accessible from all 4 sides. The safety factor with a punching force of 320kN / 32 tons is 4.1. Higher loads would be possible.
• Only 1 cassette is required for transfer to the packaging machine. The format change is faster and less expensive
• Processing of fleece directly from the card online with the same control possible
