• Press force 0 - 50kN adjustable with regulator
• Heater with integrated regulator, adjustable: 20 - 120°C
• Closing speed of the embossing roller max. 10mm/s
• Embossing roller available with any pattern
• Embossing possible on both sides of the pad
• Fast embossing roller change possible for different patterns
• Both rollers are driven by a toothed belt, different material thicknesses are compensated, there is no clearance in the drive, as is the case with toothed wheel solutions
