• Universal horizontal cartoner with adhesive- or tuck-in closure with a very short changeover time. Do you have many different box formats and you have to change over the system on a daily basis? Then we have the perfect product for you.
• Performance 100 packagings per minute, the performance depends on the box size, product and if you need a forced opening (performance reduction to 30 packagings per minute) of the box, in which the folding boxes are reliably opened from 2 sides using suction cups.
• Division distance of the box 8 inches / 203.2mm alternative 6 inches / 152.6mm
• Box size L=20-191mm in processing direction / H=12-85mm box height / T=74-330mm insertion depth of the box.
• Simple format change in max. 15 minutes you can easily set the specific dimensions of the box format using handwheels with a position indicator. In some cases, individual guides or sheets that are defined by unique positions have to be replaced. You can change the format with a maximum of 2 socket wrenches. However, you can adjust most of the settings without tools. Optionally, the format can also be adjusted automatically with actuators.
• Siemens 7" Touchscreen with SPS controls and recipe management all formats are saved in a recipe management system, which simply has to be selected and the product-specific parameters are processed automatically.
• With manual insertion station or automatic feeder the products are placed on the product feeder by hand, or you receive an individual interface to your upstream production system, with which the products are taken over automatically.
• Options such as package inserts, stacking module at the end of the machine, palletizing, etc. are also possible.
