• Ideal together with » toolsystem W14: Our proven standard tool systems, are easy to assembly and exchange. If the tools are worn out, we offer you cost-effective maintenance
• Pressure infinitely adjustable between 28-200 kN / 36-250 kN: You can easily adjust the pressure of the press using a rotary switch on the valve block behind the cylinder.
• Easy handling: When you operate the two-hand control or the foot switch, the press moves down, as soon as you let go of the control, the press moves up again.
• Punch holder and table spindle with adjustable rotary stop: Our brass anti-rotation devices can be easily readjusted, when they are worn out, and therefore rarely if ever have to be replaced.
• Precise height adjustment: The MICRO ADJUST system allows fast and precised height adjustments of the press table.
• Height adjustment without tools with quick clamp lever: The quick clamp lever simplifies setting up new tools and increases the possible applications of the press.
• JOSSI-standard-table with height fine adjustment over 75 mm reading 0.1 mm. Height adjustable press table is completely removeable.
• Table-hollowspindle with aperture 34 mm: Stamping waste (or stamping products) fall through the hollow spindle and can be collected in a container or drawer below.
• Thread available for installing deep-drawn spring cushions or ejector springs: For larger workpieces that tend get jammed, an ejector can be installed, which greatly simplifies the handling of the press.
• With CE-compliant two-hand control and foot switch (Foot switch only up to 6mm stroke or with a safe tool): The foot switch allows you to freely handle the workpieces while the press is moving.
• Adjusted repeatable accurate end position.
